Benefits from GEMS Programme 

• Offers opportunity for self-development of students and teachers. 
• Contributes in improvement of the quality of the educational process (ICT, English Language, cross-curricula etc. ). 
• Supports continuous iEARN on-line collaborative project work, and project work within the framework of other programmes different from iEARN. 
• Encourages co-operation/network between GEMS schools, partner schools, and other institutions. 
• Invites parents to be part of the Programme. 
• Enables fruitful co-operation with local community. 
• Provides cross-cultural exchange and co-operation. 
• Empowers student to be trainers. 
• Influences increasing of quantitative and qualitative scope of project work in the environments where GEMS is active. 
• Increases the number of teachers and students that are active within GEMS and iEARN. 
• Increases school rating. 
• Improves technical resources in the schools. (Internet Learning Centres - ILCs are installed in GEMS school.)
